Overview

To view data in Sonra post-session, data must be downloaded from the Apex pod(s).

How to Download

To begin your download, connect the Apex pod(s) to your laptop via USB, Hub, Single dock or Dual dock, then follow these steps:

1. Click the Import/Export icon on the left side of the screen in Sonra
2. Choose the connected device from the dropdown list. The options include USB, Hub, single dock or dual dock). Then choose Connect.
3. Choose your search parameters. The options include date range, all sessions, last 7 days or last 30 days, last 12 hours or last 24 hours, and new sessions.
4. Click Search for Sessions.
5. Once the session search has completed, all connected players should be visible. Use the pencil icon to edit session details if necessary.
6. Choose Calculate Metrics to complete the download.
