Overview
In Sonra, Activity Graphs are used to create session drills, remove data and view where various actions occurred in the session. Activity Graphs can be viewed in two ways - single Activity Graphs and multiple Activity Graphs.
Single Activity Graph
The single Activity Graph primarily displays the speed over time trace for a single player for a given session. The single Activity Graph screen also allows users to create drills, as well as other functions such as removing data, viewing heart rate and speed zones, and viewing accelerometer and gyroscope graphs.
Drill Creation
To create drills using the single Activity Graph, follow these steps:
- Select the 'create drill' icon to activate, then click & drag on the desired drill area.
- In the 'add drill' pop up, users can enter the drill name, adjust the start and end times, and select players to add to the drill.
- Once drill details have been saved, a metric calculation will begin to create the drill.
Note: While 'create drill' is activated, multiple drills can be created and calculated in sequence. When create is toggled off, click and drag on activity graph will zoom in on the selected area.
Multiple Activity Graph
The multiple Activity Graph feature allows a more transparent and visual approach to creating drills post session. This displays activity graphs for all selected players in a session.
Drill Creation
To create drills using the multiple Activity Graph, follow these steps:
- Select the 'create drill' icon to activate, then click & drag on the desired drill area.
- In the 'add drill' pop up, users can enter the drill name, adjust the start and end times, and select players to add to the drill.
- Once drill details have been saved, a metric calculation will begin to create the drill.
- To edit drills which have already been created, users can select the drill from the drills list, then use the sliders to highlight the desired period.
Note: While 'create drill' is activated, multiple drills can be created and calculated in sequence. When create is toggled off, click and drag on activity graph will zoom in on the selected area.
