Apex 2.0 firmware updates are completed via the Import/Export/Hardware > Firmware Tab:
All devices are updated whilst in the dock using the following steps:
- Connect all devices to the dock.
- Navigate to the 'Firmware' tab as shown above.
- Select the 'Check For Updates' button.
- Users will be notified if any devices requrie a firmware update.
- Select the 'Update' butoon.
- Devices will flash blue in the dock as the update is applied and return to charging once completed.
- Select the 'Verify Update' button to confirm successful firmware application.
