Average Time Since Metrics
All of these metrics require at least two of the specified events to be recorded in the selected drill/time period for the average time value to become active.
*Note - All metrics are displayed in STATSports' Sonra as "Avg Time Since Last..."
Avg Time Since Last Accel
The average time between acceleration events.
Avg Time Since Last Decel
The average time between deceleration events.
Avg Time Since Last HIB
The average time between high intensity bursts.
Avg Time Since Last HML Effort
The average time between high metabolic load efforts.
Avg Time Since Last Sprint
The average time between sprint efforts.
