Squad View
Selecting Squad
To select the squad, go to the bottom toolbar of the iPad application.
Squad Screen
Within the squad screen, all player metric data is represented in a bar chart format, with an average line indicating the squad's average throughout (can be changed to min or max with the 'more options' icon beside metric categories).
In the top left, you can tap the Squad button to filter the player groups you'd like to view. For example, by selecting Group 1, you will filter out any players not in that group. You can also do this with Metric Categories by selecting Category 1, which will display only two metric charts.
To return to viewing all metrics, select "All Metrics." There are multiple pages, which can be accessed by swiping left or right, as indicated by the dot icons at the bottom of the screen.
Drill Selection
In the top right, just underneath the drill time, there is a dropdown option. Tapping it will give you the ability to select any drill to view data specific to that drill. For example, tapping the SSG 7V7 drill will display data specific to that activity. From there, you can return to the Full Session to quickly load in metric values for the entire session.
Tabular View
By selecting the tabular view icon, you can view metrics in numeric form per player. Metric values will also be indicated beside the threshold, and any thresholds above 75% will be displayed with a container based on a traffic light system. In the tabular view, you also have the ability to select and filter drills quickly to update this table.
Chart View
By tapping the chart icon, you can quickly switch back to charts and navigate to thresholds to view them in chart format. Afterward, you can
filter back to your Entire Session drill to see your total load in relation to your thresholds.

From the squad chart, you can also tap a player icon, which will take you to the player view, providing focused feedback per player.
Player View
To access the individual player view, select the player icon at the bottom of the screen. This action will open up a focused individual player feedback form. From here, you can filter the available players based on our group categories, and you can select players by scrolling left to right.
Player Metrics
Selecting a player will update the available metrics specific to that player, and we can see metrics sorted by categories. For example, in the top left, we have the total distance displayed, followed by the high-speed running exposures, or high-intensity activities that make up that distance, which includes HMLD, high-speed running, and sprint distance. On our speed card, we also have the ability to toggle to percentage, which will change the speed value from meters per second to the percentage of the player's max speed. This allows for easy-to-understand information for coaches and athletes, indicating the % max speed rather than the meters per second value.
There are two pages of metric cards, so you can swipe from left to right to view more metrics. Additional card views include zone four to six distance, zone five to six entries, accelerometry-based metrics such as step balance from left to right, and our heart rate-based metrics. In the heart rate tab, once connected to a heart rate device, you can toggle the heart rate to be displayed based on BPM or the percentage of the player's overall max heart rate value.
Drills
Within the individual player feedback view, you can also quickly toggle between drills. This will update the metric data available based on the specific drill you'd like to offer feedback on to an athlete or coach.
Player Comparison
One of the features in Sonra Live is the Player Comparison Table. This feature allows users to view the output of all players across all finished drills with the selected metric. It's a versatile tool for comparing the performance of multiple players across various drills. When a drill is completed, it will be added to this view. Users can toggle between different metrics using the modal at the top center of the screen.
You can scroll down and select the specific metric you want to view or use the search bar at the top. Similar to the chart view, users can select to view the maximum, average, or minimum values across all players for each drill.
Drill Comparison
This view enables users to directly compare multiple metrics across all completed drills. Users can choose to view the squad average, the squad sum, or data for a specific player. You can also select which metrics you wish to display in the table by choosing a metric category.
Additionally, the drill intensity, number of players, and the duration of the drill will be displayed in the first three columns to provide context for each drill.
