Exchange
Exchange is used to transfer data between Sonra users. When a user receives a session, they will be notified via email. When a session is sent, the user will receive a notification on Sonra and can view previous sent sessions in the Sent menu.
In Contacts, add or remove users from your contact list.
Received Sessions
In the Received menu, users can view received sessions and import to their account.
Send Sessions
In Send, users can choose the contact(s) to send the selected session(s) to.
The exchanged session can be given a title to give the receiver some added information.
The sender can also choose whether all created drills are included, or entire session only.
Player Mapping
Map incoming player profiles and merge with existing player profiles to prevent duplication.
Sonra will remember previous player mappings, to reduce the need to map a player multiple times.
Third-Party API
In Sonra, an API can be used to send data to third-party platforms.
Select the Share Data icon, followed by the Third-Party API tab to either add an API to the software or send data via an API.
Note: Data is sent automatically via the API for Sonra Cloud users.
An API can be added through selecting the add button and choosing the relevant API from the dropdown list.
In order to send data via the API, the ‘Key’ that is generated after adding the API on the software has to be copied and send to the relevant third-party.
Once they have copied the API key, the data can be sent.
Data is sent similarly to the exchange, all desired sessions and players must be selected prior to pressing send.
Users can also select a Session Range that allows a selection of dates they wish to be exported
Note: If you wish to add a Third Party but it does not appear on the dropdown list, please contact your Account Manager.
Additional information
Custom metrics can be exported via the API, increasing the export window. Drill Label components are also included in the API.
Full Raw Data can be exported on a per session basis.
